I use CVS and Eclipse cvs built-in tools. It actuallyprovides a nice set of diff visualizations and options. I also use perforce CLI and GUI. I use CLI for the basic file edition and GUI for file history revision, diffs tool, stuff that is hard to find and look (like a change of chars on a same line).
