91%? i think higher if we are talking battaries. Lets face it, driving to
the miramar landfill can be a serious hassle for some of us. Traffic, time,
gas, etc. I doubt the city is seriously concerned with this problem. If they
were concerned, then maybe they would pick up batteries on recycling day.
More likely they simply wanted to appease some people or be compliant with
some other law... On a side note, any chance we could start a battery
recycling bin at the meeting and perhaps one of our UCSD friends could just
dump them off?
