RH broke yum

I just used yum a couple of days ago.  But now it doesn't work.  I went 
into yum's repository info files and loaded the URLs in my browser 
(replacing $releasever with 4) and they all come up to the same page 
that essentially says "Look over there instead."

How do I get yum working again?
