Seems not (FC4 for this box)
Curiouser and curiouser.
I found the checkbox on my running FC3. Don't remember FC4. It was
there for FC5, and is still there for FC6, which I just tried
installing on a sacrificial computer yesterday. The initial path
into the GUI has migrated to be
System -> Administration -> Date & Time.
