Just a clarification--the promoting/attacking that I was referring to was the debate going on around the time that the extension passed in Congress. I haven't finished reading this whole thread, but I see there was some discussion of the extension on it. So I realized that it might sound like I meant the current KPLUG discussion when I said "some people."
