Usually, no salary range = they want to get you in the door without
knowing what crap they want to pay so they can try to talk the position
up as much as possible. Comes under the heading of "Silly Games" for
me, and I don't play ;-)
That's my view.
Mine as well- I don't even apply for jobs without some salary range in the
ad.
