Anyone have any experience or comments about dslextreme.com?
I'm considering switching from Cox cable to them. Considerations are:
About the same $$ (with 1-yr contract)
8 static IPs vx. Cox's one dynamic that's changed 3 times in 3 months.
No blocked ports
OK to run servers
Probably 1/2 to 1/4 the DL speed of Cox. No biggie to me.
No setup charge and modem included if I stay with them for a year.
And hopefully support people whose answer to the first question is
something other than "You need to connect a windows computer directly to
the cable modem before we can proceed."
