My philosophy is that a good computer system is one that never needs
support or at least very rarely. Every person I've talked to that has
Dell systems (either corporate or personal) has side their support is
great, but they've all admitted that they've needed it more than maybe
they should. This was true at Akamai as well, and the support for the
recurring problems was atrocious.
