Okay, you've probably never seen it before, but there are several places
where long words are abbreviated by first letter, number of intervening
letters, last letter.

All of these have wikipedia entries, I think:

I18N
L10N
C14N (no page yet, but almost) see Canonicalization

Anybody else got any?
