All cron jobs are running an hour late. I took the perl code from the logwatch where the time is displayed and run it and the time was correct. Also my web pages using php date are displaying an hour less or pre DST time.

And, is logwatch *actually* running an hour late, or is it just saying that it is. Logwatch may be doing it's own conversion to PDT and is getting it wrong since it hasn't been updated since 2003.
