It seems some customers and partners of ours are rejecting mail from us as being Spam. This just in time for our IT guy to go on a trip this week and for me (unfamiliar with the network in general, let alone our Windows based systems and Exchange server) to take over as a backup while he's gone.
Anyway, the only two possible explanations I can think of are: 1. Our mail server external IP address has changed causing some spam filters to tag them because of the change in the header. 2. We've been blacklisted somewhere due to some other source of spam. Possibility (1) I can simply contact the customer/partner IT dept. and find out. Possibility (2) I'm not exactly sure how to a) find out if we are, and b) resolve if we are. (I haven't really done admin stuff since 2001. :( ) PGA -- The information contained in this e-mail message is confidential, intended only for the use of the individual or entity named above.
