Anyone ever heard of, or familiar with this list?

It seems they charge an extortion fee to have an IP immediately removed.
Otherwise, the IP is subject to a minimum 7-day DoS for anyone that uses
their list.
I'm sure this is unrelated, but *my* ISP seems to be blacklisted. For
the last couple of days, any attemp to send email is met with an
immediate alert about being blacklisted at zen.spamhaus.org. Each time
I dial in I get a different IP number, but each one seems to be
blacklisted. I tried to plug zen.spamhaus.org into my web browser and
it says it could not be found. Vivisimo found
http://www.spamhaus.org/zen/ and it seems to be one and the same. My
ISP recently made a major change to their email system. And it appears
as though they *may* be using this zen.spamhaus.org on their own clients
(which is cautioned against on the web page mentioned above).
It appears as though my email is working again, so here we go.
