Um, didn't the time change happen on a weekend ?
I know... your IT guy wants to not be a IT guy anymore. No wonder he didn't check to see if things worked after the time change and patch.

It's an Exchange server. It's been patched. In the M$ tradition, if it's going to work, it's got to be rebooted, which can't happen until the weekend (or we lose other services while it's rebooting).
