While I agree with the point you're driving toward, I'm unaware of any substantive study that shows increases in STDs, abortions, or unwanted children in industrialized societies with access to abortions, divorce, birth control, and sex education. The United States leads the developed world in ALL these undesireable categories, and we are also the worst about substantive sex education.
