I am saying that there is a rational basis for good law, not a faith-based
structure. I don't need any holy men to tell me that it's a good and moral
idea to impose my views of rape on rapists. And I see an easily defined
difference between forbidding rape and imposing my views of prayer on
prayers or non-prayers.
