Okay, what do we want to pay for the position, and what kind of lag time are we willing to accept between a message being sent to the list and the moderator finally approving it?
I expect that moderation of said list would become tedious in very short order.
When we attempted group moderation of the lists a while back, it rapidly fell into "so-and-so is doing all the moderation, so I don't have to" and would periodically rotate through everyone primarily via the mechanism of "gee, nobody's checked the moderator queue for three months?"
