I *can't* have TV around. It sucks out my brain. I go to bed at dawn. I

I didn't think there was anyone else like me. Who knew?!

I am the same way. I haven't owned a TV myself in years. Occasionally a roommate or someone has had one in the house. But I do pretty well without it and get a lot more reading/research/work done. News via google, bbc, digg, etc. Unfortunately women always seem to want to get fat sitting in front of the TV (why do you think it's called the boob tube?) so I may be forced to buy one in the near future.
