The Radio Shack adapter worked. I called the two places Carl mentioned, but both said they didn't have an adapter with the specs I required (the "B"-type connector seemed to be the sticking point). Oh well; I'll have to keep the one I've got.
Though they didn't have what I needed this time, thanks for the recommendations, Carl! I'll keep those places in mind for future parts needs.
