That might actually be a good idea...

Heck, if I'm really worried about internal temperatures, I could have the internal circulation fan pull its supply through another heat exchanger, making the fluid loop something like:

tank -> internal heat exchanger -> CPU -> GPU -> mobo chipset -> hard drives -> external heat exchanger -> tank

The designs are already dancing in my mind. :)

Of course, this would probably be pure overkill.
