Yeh but I _don't_ care. If I have something that I want to
be secure you can bet I will  have other ways to convey
that message.

Many companies need to assume that all of their mail is subject
to becoming public if a legal challenge is mounted nomatter how
secure they may make it technically.

Individuals != companies so the issues while they overlap are
not identical.
