if one is expecting each person to run the software to virtually attend a
meeting
but you mentioned, it is a chicken/egg thing if that is the idea. But having one
two or three remote locations where the software is setup and people still meet
is a better fit for the noob and this tech.  It does require one person with the
skills to setup and run the equipment attend each meeting at each location.
