I've not used RedHat for years but I would suspect they have a list of
mirrors much like anybody( Debian ) else. Redhats web site should
list them in a download area unless they just feed you with what they
think is your best mirror.  Also look at the format of your existing repos
and see if you can't figure out the replacemnt scheme. For instance,
en.redhat.com/xxxxx  would become de.redhat.com/xxxxx
