We are seeking a talented QA Analyst to be a member of the team, who is a highly motivated team player with the ability to work in a hands-on and dynamic environment. This is not a traditional QA position. The person will follow the overall QA schedule but will be required to also be involved in answering and assisting with technical support questions for customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person looking to work in a fast pace software development team and utilizing many different skill sets. This is a hands-on position that requires familiarity of application development as well as software testing with open source tools. It will be required to build software for UNIX, install software, perform some administrator duties on the LINUX servers and change configuration files. This team member will be expected to assist in creating and improving the overall QA process and standards for the team. Responsible for ensuring quality products are delivered. Will work closely and interface with the software development orchestrator, developers, remote site users, engineers and administrators to resolve quality issues.
