Given they want a coder and QA person, the salary seems low even on the high end of the range listed. It is a contract job after all and that means no benefits.
I was thinking the same thing. I was doing all of that at QUAKE, and right now I am doing administration as a contractor for more than the high-end of what they listed.
For that job, I would want no less than $45/hr (unless it was truly a contract, as in 1099, in which case you can add 20-25% to that).
