The main site for ports is <http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/>. You can find the Hardy Heron desktop build for powerpc at <http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/releases/8.04/release/>. Unfortunately, that site seems to be running really slowly this morning; even worse than yesterday.
