Well, my general test for torrent speed that I send people to is to grab
one of the heavily seeded torrents from here:
http://dattebayo.com/t/
This is an *extremely* popular anime fansub, and it normally gets *huge*
numbers of people with high bandwidth. If you can't saturate your link
from this, the problem is on your end or with your ISP.
