No, I don't think you get it. My sentiment in starting this thread, and I'm pretty sure it's Andrew's also, is that the people who keep talking about "web 2.0" and selling books about it and giving speeches and proclaiming themselves heralds are worthless and unnecessary. "Web 2.0" is a thing. These are people talking about that thing. Instead of making that thing, there are several people out there making the rounds that are just talking it up like they just came down from the mountain after a commune with the High CPU himself in a four day meditation session and we should all stop and listen with bated breath! (Bated. Not baited.) These people are not making something of value.
