The angle is slightly upward and at 3:03 minutes there is a very small section next to his head which could be the poster. It's very difficult to tell but it is just hardly noticeable on each side of his head as he moves back/forth. On another note, it shows he's running XP Profesional but all public statements say they'll be shipping Windows XP Home. The big deal here is because of the networking features they removed in XP Home and some have said that is going to limit it's capabilities as a networked device compared to what the Linux version already has and does.
