X11 is then hosed

I have a similiar problem
When I use the mplayer plugin to listen to XM Radio streaming, and then watch a YouTube video, FF freezes, and needs to be killed, but at least the WM is still active to kill it. If I watch a YouTube video first, and then activate the mplayer plugin, everything is OK. So there is something fishy with the Flash plugin for FF

Something fishy with the flash plugin for FF? You don't say??? :)
Microsoft is releasing silverlight for linux, so I'll be moving over to that as soon as possible. My roku netflix player uses it already.
