Why is it, pray tell, every time I "advance" ( and I use the term loosely ) to

logmein ( specifically - along with java )
youtube
anything playing mpeg, wmv etc.
Welcome to the wonderful world of patents. :(
Is it TOO much to ask that as we theoretically move forward, yet again we
don't have to figure out what is broken in java and firefox?
Um, to be fair, Firefox 3 is still in beta, right?
I suppose it's my fault. I should keep notes, but after fixing whatever breaks
in logmein the LAST 3 INTALLS, I once again have completely forgotten how I
managed to do it and will need to figure it all out again.
No, it's called *broken user interface*. If you can't easily rediscover
what you did last time, then the UI is broken, not you.
We are all beginners at something on the system. That needs to be taken
into account.
My brain hurts. this isn't better, it's not simpler and it's fast losing
whatever fun aspect it potentially had..
Careful, that is the path to OS X.
