I've got a similar deal from linode.com. My particular account isn't using Xen, but overall it's virtually (ha!) the same thing. Linode is migrating to Xen, and new accounts might use it by default. While you can install whatever control panel you want to manage services within the box (webmin, virtualmin, etc.), they also have a Web-based control panel for managing disk images, DNS records, rebooting, and that sort of thing. You can even ssh into the host system and get a terminal right at the box in case you somehow render the machine inaccessible via the Internet. -- Brad Beyenhof . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . http://augmentedfourth.com Have the courage to be ignorant of a great number of things, in order to avoid the calamity of being ignorant of everything. ~ Sydney Smith, English essayist and preacher (1771-1845) -- KPLUG-List@kernel-panic.org http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
