Ugh. I guess I've been spoiled by TCL/TK and Java -- layout-with-a-tool
is just so annoying. (Yes, I don't care for ProjectBuilder.)
And I find the TCL/Java method leads to ugly GUIs unless you're really good.
Although a C API that does something similar would be nice. I'm sure one
exists.
