That's all I was saying. Parallelism and loose coupling are only hard in
the world of computer science, and only in detail.
That's because handwaving doesn't work with computers.
It doesn't work with most stuff, once you get to the same conceptual
level of detail where it doesn't work with computers. :-) You don't
really have loose coupling between the carpenters and the plumbers once
they're standing side-by-side both trying to use the same electrical
circut. :-)
I am routinely *amazed* at how many people fail to use the emergency
brake.
Well, I've used it as an emergency brake several times. POS college
cars, ya know.
