I second Lan's opinion of nethere. Inexpensive, flexible, reliable, all fit the experience. I whole-heartedly recommend them. Never had trouble getting good customer support, either. Since I got DSL about 2.5 years ago, I haven't used their services. Still, like Lan, I'd choose them if I needed dial-up again.
