I signed my mother-in-law up at 650dialup.com Seems to work pretty well. I've never called for support though. And it does seem like it takes a bit to get connected at times. Of course they still don't even have touch tone service, so it's hard to say for sure whose end the trouble might be on. But most of the time it works just fine and connects at around 45K. Hard to beat for $6.50 a month...
