I'd only even suggest removing somebody's root priviledges only if they 
consistently break things, and I don't think we have anybody that does 
that.  Thankfully, everyone that's received root access has been 
responsible.  So, no changes there, IMHO.

Well, we can leverage the wiki we'll be using for the website in Plone, and 
set up proper permissions/ownerships such that only us admins will even 
know it's there.

Or, we can set up something like MHonArc and add it to the sparky-admins 
alias (which is where root points).  Or even do both, and cross-reference 
them.
