Was it not you who said that there was a need for a new Secretary because the current one could no longer attend board meetings? Did I not hear that Sarah Baros wants to step down as Treasurer?
What was said is that Daly WANTS to step down as Secretary, she has not done so yet, and would not quit without having someone to take her place. Her sense of responsibilities is better than that.
Sarah does want to step down as Treasurer, but has always said that she would stay on unitl there was a replacement.
Let me repeat this so there's no misunderstanding... Nobody has stepped down. To state otherwise is incorrect.
After all this was posted by someone who, to my knowledge, has not been attending SDCS board meetings.
All the more reason for them not to make "statements" as to what the Board is doing.
