Was it not you who said that there was a need for a new Secretary
because the current one could no longer attend board meetings? Did I
not hear that Sarah Baros wants to step down as Treasurer?

Never attribute to malice that that can be explained by a
misunderstanding. Why are you so quick to assume that this was a
fabrication and not a misunderstanding of the facts? After all this
was posted by someone who, to my knowledge, has not been attending
SDCS board meetings.
