UCHUG declined to sign the SIG agreement. They turned over their
treasury to SDCS and have been trying to get their own 501c(3)c
non-profit together. Greg basically said it's a long process, and has
heard that it takes some groups 2 years to get the ok from IRS.

I'm not sure if any assurance would bring some of the members back to
SDCS. Greg seemed amenable himself, but said other UCHUG members were
opposed. Many threatened to leave UCHUG if it became a part of SDCS
when the new SIG Guidelines were distributed.
