It would seem to me though unnecessary to on a group forum to bring all this up so publically. I have been part of the KR2 community a few months now, a very short time compared to many of you, and have found everyone to pleasant, patient, friendly, and helpful. I doubt that any of us can say we executed 100% of the time on everything we commit to.
I am a business owner myself. I would imagine the KR business, due to the relatively small size of the community, is not a run to the bank with wheelbarrows of money business for Steve. There has to be a lot of doing this for the love of the plane and the community. I am sorry that you didn't get the plans you want in the time frame you wanted however from the thread it appears there was some miscommunication going on. People deserve to be paid for their intellectual property and the things they sell to run their business. Scanning of information that represents someones livelihood is not right. You wouldn't want someone taking your car out of your driveway. Its time to take this out of the group list. Sorry for the long winded response however I am involved here for the joy not the politics.
