Just as a general interest data point, I get another 100 RPM with both ignitions going - mag and electronic.
My electronic ignition came with the engine from Steve Bennett, it has the green Dyna coils. They must be at least 15 years old by now and still working fine. Lead wires are another story. They have been recently replaced with new Taylor 50-60 ohm wires and are excellent. No RFI/RFI either.
