Dave, The 230 lbs. wouldn't be a problem. As far as being 6'4" you may want to try and find someone who has a Kr2 and see how well you fit. At the very least you will want to build the KR2S. The KR's can be built to accommodate a tall person, you can modify the length and canopy height probably more than you could with some of the other designs of homebuilts.
