Why not just have the gathering around October 15 or so? I checked with our weatherman about general weather conditions across the US and he said that October is the best month for good weather. I have always been dismayed about our having our gathering at the absolute worst time of the year. Wayne and I have discussed this a lot and we both agree that having it in October would give us a much better chance of having more KRs attend. And, I don't think that there is a hangar built for GA that can withstand those kind of winds.
