Using a bulletin board format isn't without its problems. You would still have someone posting "insurance" comments under "building techniques." unless we had some form of constant monitoring - and I doubt if anyone wants THAT job. No blame should fall on the format. The problem that needs correcting is that some can't/won't follow simple rules.
