A New Class A1 South African Speed Record was won today by a standard KR2 with a 2.4 Turbo Volkswagen Engine. The race was held at Rustenburg over 550Km. Ferdi Koekemoer, owner and pilot said that he clocked an average speed of 179 mph over the distance. It is a proud moment for us.
