It's been on the net before, but as a reminder... Raspberry Pi with Stratux (google Stratux for all the info)... you can build the same functionality for about $80 if you want cheap, and about $120 if you want fancy. It is open source and it only took about 2 hours for my first one, and I expect (now that I know what I'm doing) it will take about 30 - 45 minutes for a "fancy" one.
