Anyone that has attended a KR Gathering at Mt.Vernon will remember Donny Wilkie, the restaurant owner / manager. Donny passed away yesterday after a many months health issue. We'll certainly miss his smile and handshake each time we enter the restaurant. Talk about karma, without knowing of his passing I wrote a song yesterday evening / night called "No need to cry when I'm gone". His son , Sean, will keep the restaurant open for the time being and decide on it's future at a later date.
