Thanks so much Mark for the archived info from the 2008 KR gathering, and I just looked it through word by word and pictures after pictures! It is obviously extremely informative, especially on the Spar test in the field. All I can say is that, there was nothing short of amazing, including the ingenuity, creativity and profound passion exhibited in this amazing KR crowd!
My feeling is, the more I learn from folks in this group, the more confidence I have to fly the KR2 safely and excitingly in the days ahead! Thanks to Pat Panzera who brought me into this world by coincidence... Honestly, I was looking for Pulsar or Sonex type "most fuel efficient", safe and affordable aircraft without sacrificing too much on performance and safety.... And thanks to God I found KRs and am happy so far! It started to have strange thoughts lately in my head somehow: in the aftermath of this strange and very damaging COVID19, the tradition of mass air travel by big planes may have passed by us permanently, so individual traveling by such one or two seater small aircrafts like KR2 may well entering into human lives in a big way...?!!
