Hi Nikita,

I agree. To install latest Krusader on Kubuntu you need this ppa: sudo 
add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/experimental
I also added pinning on this ppa to prevent some other packages being 
updated, because this ppa is experimental, so I added this 
file /etc/apt/preferences.d/kubuntu-ppa-experimental

With this content:
Package: *
Pin: release o=LP-PPA-kubuntu-ppa-experimental
Pin-Priority: 400


Package: krusader
Pin: release o=LP-PPA-kubuntu-ppa-experimental
Pin-Priority: 500
