Color me baffled. Project teams consist of the folks who are doing the work. That doesn't give them license to draft others into doing the work. Are you suggesting that only open projects with Sun people on them are "legitimate?" Or are you suggesting that reviewers must not submit comments unless they're willing to fix the code? Or that projects should be able to integrate without receiving comments from anyone outside of the project team? Or that code review comments must consist of diffs? Or perhaps something else?
